No. AttendanceGM started as an attendance tool, but it's now a
full HR and workforce management platform. It covers attendance
tracking, payroll, leave management, staff records, holiday
management, HR documents, and more — all in one system. New
modules are being added on the roadmap.
Do employees need to download an app?
No. Employees scan a QR code using their phone's built-in camera.
Nothing to download, nothing to install. It just works.
What happens if there's no internet?
Attendance is recorded locally and syncs automatically when the
connection returns. Employees won't notice the difference — not a
single record is ever lost. This is why organizations across The

Yes. The payroll system is built specifically for Gambian Labour
Act compliance — including PAYE calculations, SSHFC deductions,
